5. Delivery Instructions

Important: Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you notice any external damage to the packaging, please refuse the delivery or note it on the delivery receipt.

  • Ensure the delivery address provided is complete and accurate
  • Include a contact number where you can be reached
  • If you won't be available, arrange for someone to receive the delivery
  • For large appliances, ensure there is adequate space/access for delivery

We deliver to most locations across India. To check if we deliver to your area:

  • Contact our customer support if your area is not serviceable

Non-Serviceable Areas: Some remote locations may not be serviceable. In such cases, we will inform you and process a refund if payment has been made.

7. Installation Services

For products requiring installation (washing machines, dishwashers, built-in appliances):

  • Installation is arranged separately by the brand's authorized service team
  • You will receive a call from the brand within 48-72 hours of delivery
  • Installation charges (if any) will be communicated by the brand
